As the premier speciality restaurant on Celebrity Beyond, Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud is a very different proposition from the ship’s complimentary dining venues. Created by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, it was his first signature restaurant at sea and made its debut on Celebrity Beyond in 2022.
The restaurant combines Boulud’s global culinary influences with an intimate, sophisticated setting designed by Jouin Manku. From the moment you step inside Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, the experience feels very different from a typical cruise ship restaurant. The interior was created by Jouin Manku, the Paris-based design team also responsible for Celebrity’s Grand Plaza and the Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower.
The aesthetic is intimate and upscale, with soft tones, private banquette seating, textured and graphically lit glass features and privacy screens around some tables. The result is a restaurant that feels deliberately intimate rather than like one of the larger dining rooms elsewhere on Beyond.
The dishes served in Le Voyage are exquisite, as you’d expect, created with the finest ingredients. Try the Lobster Risotto followed by the Lime and Berry Pavlova - delightful.
As a final touch, guests receive a farewell gift at the end of their experience - but you will need to book to discover just what that is.

Le Voyage is located on Deck 4 near the Grand Plaza and has seating for just 50 guests, making it one of the more intimate dining experiences on Celebrity Beyond.
Because seating is limited, I recommend booking in advance through the Celebrity app, particularly if you have a specific evening in mind.

The Lowdown
Le Voyage is the standout speciality restaurant on Celebrity Beyond and one of the ship’s most memorable dining experiences. Daniel Boulud’s global approach to cooking makes it feel genuinely different from the other restaurants onboard, while the intimate 50-seat setting adds to the sense of occasion.
It isn’t cheap, but if you’re celebrating something special or simply love fine dining, I think Le Voyage is worth considering. The tasting menu is the obvious choice if you want to experience the restaurant at its fullest, while the à la carte menu gives you more flexibility.
My tip: Book early. With only 50 covers, Le Voyage can be much harder to get into than the larger speciality restaurants, particularly on popular evenings.
