We have just disembarked Windstar Cruises Star Legend after a 7 night hosted cruise from Rome to Barcelona.
There are six dining venues onboard, one of which (Star Grill) was closed for our cruise. The other five are Amphora (Main Dining), The Veranda (buffet), The Yacht Club (light bites), Candles (Grill), and Cuadro 44 (Tapas) - both Candles and Cuadro 44 are speciality restaurants but are included in your cruise fare. The food in every venue is first class - some dishes we ate too quickly before photographing, and some courses we enjoyed so much that we repeated. There is also complimentary 24 hour room service, but we didn’t have an opportunity to try this however the menu looked great.
