Royal Caribbean International’s Highly Anticipated Icon of the Seas Arrives in Miami
The dawn of the new year heralds a momentous celebration as Royal Caribbean International's highly anticipated Icon of the Seas graces Miami with its inaugural appearance. This groundbreaking vessel, touted as a fusion of the best vacation experiences, received a spectacular welcome from air, land, and sea enthusiasts as it preludes its official debut on January 27.
Marking the beginning of a new era in vacations, local community, Royal Caribbean aficionados, executives, and employees gathered to witness the arrival of Miami's newest resident. Icon made a stylish entry into PortMiami, accompanied by celebratory fireboat salutes, banner planes soaring overhead, and a community celebration at Pérez Art Museum, setting the stage for the numerous appearances the ship will make in the Magic City. With less than 20 days remaining until the introduction of the ‘world's best family vacation’, Icon is gearing up for its iconic naming celebration and inaugural cruise.
