Celebrated as the youngest chef ever to earn three Michelin stars, Massimiliano Alajmo, along with his equally gifted brother, is co-owner of their prestigious restaurants. They will be bringing their exceptional culinary expertise to Crystal’s speciality dining, Osteria d’Ovidio, on both ships. This exciting partnership further solidifies Crystal’s dedication to offering unparalleled dining experiences, already exemplified by the presence of the only Nobu at sea, Umi Uma, and the soon-to-launch Beefbar by Riccardo Giraudi.

Chef Massimiliano Alajmo, who has held his three Michelin stars for an extraordinary 22 years, is renowned for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine, blending tradition with modern flair. The Alajmo brothers plan to introduce a dining experience rooted in the rich heritage of Italian gastronomy, perfectly complementing Crystal’s already esteemed dining programme.
