Marella Cruises Expands 0% Drinks Range With 18 New Cocktails

New alcohol-free drinks are being added to Marella Cruises
Marella Cruises is expanding its range of non-alcoholic drinks, with 18 new alcohol-free cocktails, six 0% ABV spirits, four alcohol-free wines, plus 0% beer and cider being introduced across its fleet from August 2026.
The expansion gives Marella Cruises passengers more choice when it comes to alcohol-free drinks, whether they are choosing not to drink alcohol, taking a break from it or simply fancy something different.
Marella says the enhanced range follows customer feedback and a review of its existing drinks menus.
NEW FOR AUGUST 2026
Marella Cruises has expanded its non-alcoholic drinks offering across the fleet, adding 0% wines, Heineken 0%, Somersby 0% cider and other alcohol-free options.
For passengers upgrading to Premium All Inclusive, the new range also includes six 0% ABV spirits and 18 specially created alcohol-free cocktails.
The expansion gives Marella passengers more choice when it comes to alcohol-free drinks, from a 0% gin-style cocktail or Mojito-style serve to alcohol-free wine, beer and cider.
What new alcohol-free drinks are being added to Marella Cruises?
From August 2026, Marella Cruises is expanding its non-alcoholic drinks offering with:
18 new alcohol-free cocktails
Six 0% ABV spirits
Four 0% wines – red, white, rosé and sparkling
Heineken 0%
Somersby 0% cider
Estrella beer, which is gluten free
The new drinks are being introduced across the Marella Cruises fleet.
The distinction between the Standard and Premium All Inclusive packages is important, however. Marella’s Standard All Inclusive offering already includes a selection of soft drinks, mocktails, beers, wines and cocktails, while the new 0% spirits and specially created alcohol-free cocktails are part of the expanded Premium All Inclusive offering.
Six 0% spirits coming to Marella’s Premium All Inclusive
Passengers with Premium All Inclusive will have access to six alcohol-free spirits from Lyre’s:
Lyre’s London Dry Gin
Lyre’s American Malt Bourbon
Lyre’s White Cane Rum
Lyre’s Agave Blanco Tequila
Lyre’s Coffee Originale
Lyre’s Italian Spritz
These give Marella’s bartenders the opportunity to recreate familiar cocktails without using conventional spirits.
Lyre’s describes its Italian Spritz as a non-alcoholic aperitif with citrus, orange, rhubarb and bittersweet flavours. It contains less than 0.3% ABV. (Lyres Non-Alcoholic)
18 new alcohol-free cocktails on Marella Cruises
The new 0% spirits will be used in a collection of 18 specially created alcohol-free cocktails.
Among the new drinks are:
Grapefruit Refresher
Made with Lyre’s London Dry, pink grapefruit and soda, this is a light, citrusy option designed for warm-weather cruising.
Nojito
A non-alcoholic take on the classic Mojito, using Lyre’s White Cane with mint, lime and soda.
Summer Sour
Lyre’s London Dry is combined with lemon, soda, mint and basil for a fresh, herbal take on a sour.
Gentle Fashioned
A 0% interpretation of an Old Fashioned, using Lyre’s American Malt with bitters and orange peel.
The new cocktails are particularly significant for passengers who want something that feels like a proper cocktail rather than simply ordering a soft drink or fruit juice.
Four new 0% wines
Marella is also adding four alcohol-free wine options to its drinks range:
0% red wine
0% white wine
0% rosé wine
0% sparkling wine
This means passengers who prefer wine-style drinks will have more choice beyond the existing soft drinks and mocktail options.
Heineken 0% and Somersby 0% cider
The expanded non-alcoholic drinks selection also includes Heineken 0% and Somersby 0% cider.
For beer and cider drinkers, this provides an alcohol-free alternative to the conventional options already available onboard.
Marella is also adding gluten-free Estrella beer to its All Inclusive drinks offering, giving passengers another option where dietary requirements are a consideration.
Are the new 0% cocktails included in Marella All Inclusive?
This is where the wording around Marella’s drinks packages matters.
Marella Cruises includes All Inclusive as standard, and its existing Standard All Inclusive drinks selection includes a range of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and hot drinks. (Cruise Lowdown)
However, Marella’s announcement specifically links the six new 0% spirits and 18 specially created alcohol-free cocktails with Premium All Inclusive.
So, if you’re booking a Marella cruise specifically because you want access to the new Lyre’s-based alcohol-free cocktails, check that your booking includes Premium All Inclusive rather than assuming every new 0% cocktail will automatically be available as part of Standard All Inclusive.
That distinction is particularly important because Marella’s standard package already includes some mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks.
What else is included with Marella Premium All Inclusive?
The new alcohol-free drinks are being added alongside the existing benefits of Marella’s Premium All Inclusive upgrade.
Depending on the sailing and current onboard offering, Premium All Inclusive provides access to upgraded cocktails, premium spirits, a wider selection of whiskies and brandies, canned soft drinks and speciality coffees from The Coffee Port. (Cruise Lowdown)
Marella’s Premium package is therefore aimed at more than just alcohol drinkers. The expansion of the 0% range gives passengers who don’t drink alcohol more reason to consider the upgrade too.
Why is Marella expanding its alcohol-free drinks?
Marella says the move follows customer feedback.
Luke Saunders, Food and Drink Development Manager at Marella Cruises, said the cruise line had been listening to customers and reviewing gaps in its existing menus, with the aim of offering more non-alcoholic alternatives.
The move also reflects a wider shift towards more sophisticated alcohol-free drinks. Rather than limiting non-drinkers to soft drinks, juices or a basic mocktail, cruise lines and bars are increasingly offering alcohol-free versions of familiar spirits and cocktails.
For Marella passengers, that means a G&T-style drink, Mojito-style cocktail or Old Fashioned-style serve can now be created without conventional alcohol.

Marella’s 0% drinks range is getting much better
Marella has always had an advantage for UK cruisers because All Inclusive is included as standard, but its drinks offering is increasingly about choice rather than simply the availability of alcohol.
The addition of six 0% spirits and 18 alcohol-free cocktails is particularly interesting because it gives non-drinkers a much wider selection of proper mixed drinks.
It also makes the Premium All Inclusive upgrade more relevant to passengers who don’t drink alcohol. Previously, much of the appeal of Premium was centred around premium spirits, upgraded cocktails and speciality coffees. The new 0% range adds another reason to consider it.
