Expect hearty British fare for breakfast and lunch, whether that’s in Borough Market or Buckingham Restaurant, with full English breakfast favourites (yes they have HP Sauce and the baked beans are pukka), plus a carvery roast with all the trimmings every lunchtime. Evening meals in Buckingham Restaurant are elevated 5 course menus featuring familiar ingredients - no snails or frogs legs shocks here!

We mainly ate breakfast and lunch in Borough Market, although we did have breakfast in Buckingham Restaurant on occasion. Most of our evening meals were in Buckingham Restaurant or one of the speciality restaurants Saffron or Sea & Grass.
