Ambassador Cruise Lines have different pricing tiers depending on length of cruise and whether you purchase in advance (pre-cruise) or onboard. This can be a little confusing but I’ve tried to clarify below.

For cruises of between 2 and 4 nights, pricing is per person per cruise (so total amount shown is for the duration of your voyage).

Note: Ambassador Adventurers Packages (Children 3-11 or 12-17) are unavailable on cruises under 5 nights or over 29 nights

For cruises of 5-29 Nights pricing reverts to per person per night

For longer cruises of between 30-69 nights the per person rate is even better value.

Are Ambassador Drinks Packages Worth It?

This depends on how many drinks you usually have each day. For example:

A glass of wine = around £9.00 250 ml
Pint of beer = £4.50
Sprits = £6.00
Cocktail = £6–£7
Soft drink = £3

On the Experience Package, just 4–5 drinks per day could make it worth while. The Explorer and Expedition packages are better value for those who enjoy cocktails, spirits, or premium wines.

Is Water Included in Drinks Packages?

No, none of the Ambassador Cruise Lines Drinks Packages include bottled water. However you have several options to quench your thirst. You can purchase bottles of water from the bars (£2). There are water refill stations on all Ambassador Cruise Line ships available in food and dining outlets, and self-service dispensers in the Borough Market.

Ambassador also offers a Purezza water option that includes purchasing a £17.95 refillable aluminum bottle (or a £9.95 package for refills using your own bottle) for filtered chilled or fizzy water.
