A Grand Christening in Düsseldorf
The christening ceremony of VIVA ENJOY was nothing short of spectacular. Over 200 international guests gathered to witness the launch, while onlookers in Düsseldorf joined the celebration from the riverbanks. Among the esteemed attendees were Andrea Kruse, CEO of VIVA Cruises, and Arno Reitsma, CEO of Scylla AG, VIVA Cruises’ parent company. The event was expertly hosted by well-known German TV presenter, Marco Schreyl.

VIVA ENJOY’s Godmother: Jeannine Williamson
One of the most exciting aspects of the christening was the appointment of Jeannine Williamson as VIVA ENJOY’s godmother. A highly respected figure in the cruise industry, Jeannine has sailed on over 60 river cruises across Europe, America, and Asia, earning her the title of “The River Cruise Queen.”
Honoured by the role, Jeannine shared her delight:
“I have been lucky enough to win several awards for my writing, but being asked to be godmother of VIVA ENJOY is the absolute highlight of my career.
