Cocktail of the Week - Scarlet Lady

While we wait to learn about what the signature cocktail of Virgin Voyages might be, I decided to research a namesake of their first ship, Scarlet Lady.  

My search turned up several different cocktails with the same name, but this one from Ocean Spray seemed to hit the spot.

Ingredients

30 ml Ocean Spray® Cran•Pomegranate™ Fruit Drink

or

15 ml each of other cranberry and pomegranate juice

or

15 ml Cranberry Juice + 15 ml grenadine

15 ml Gin

15 ml Cherry Liqueur

20 ml Lemon Juice

Method

1. Chill a martini glass
2. Shake all ingredients with ice
3. Strain into the cocktail glass.
