Speciality dining can be booked at reception as soon as you embark, in fact I advise booking as soon as you possibly can. Alternatively, download the Marella Cruises App and once you have a booking reference you can book from there.

What is the Dress Code on Marella Cruises?

Marella Cruises are less formal than many other cruise lines. During the day, you are free to wear what you like (although bare chests and swimwear are discouraged in restaurants)! Smart casual wear is required in the evenings, which means full-length trousers for men and an open necked shirt, and separates, jumpsuits or dresses for women. Once a week there will be a formal night, or “Dress to Impress” Night where you are encouraged to dress more formally. Whilst a tuxedo/dinner suit is not mandatory, wear one if you wish as many seasoned cruisers still do; otherwise, a suit or smart trousers and shirt will be fine. . Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, smart trouser combos are all acceptable options, but if you want to go the whole hog with a long dress, go for it.

How Many Formal Nights on Marella Voyager?

There will be one formal night (termed “Dress to Impress”) per 7 nights on board. It is your chance to dress up if you enjoy doing so (in fact it is encouraged on this particular night).
