Comprising celebrated personalities—comedian-turned-artist Jim Moir, best-selling author Jenny Eclair, and renowned photographer Scarlet Page—this innovative team promises to preserve guests’ most cherished moments through art, writing, and photography during select cruises in 2025.

Travel is often a source of life’s most treasured memories, with a recent Fred. Olsen survey revealing that 82% of people create their happiest moments while exploring the world. To honour this, the Moments Crew will provide a creative and personalised service, ensuring guests leave their voyage with more than just memories—they’ll take home bespoke keepsakes. Whether it’s spotting whales, marvelling at sunsets, or forming new friendships, the team will immortalise these moments in uniquely artistic ways.

Meet the Moments Crew

Jim Moir – Artist-on-Board

Best known as comedian Vic Reeves, Jim Moir is also an accomplished artist with a love for nature. He’ll join the Scenic Fjords and Falls of Norway cruise, easel in hand, ready to capture the majestic landscapes. “Some of my happiest memories are from travelling,” Jim shares. “I hope to paint dramatic waterfalls, spectacular fjords, and fascinating wildlife like puffins and auks.”

Jenny Eclair – Writer-on-Board

As an award-winning author and comedian, Jenny will bring her literary flair to the Fairytale Castles and Old Towns of the Baltic cruise. Encouraging guests to chronicle their own experiences, she says, “Photos take you back to places, but words remind you how those places felt. Travel writing isn’t just for professionals—it’s about capturing your own unique story.”

Scarlet Page – Photographer-on-Board

Celebrity photographer Scarlet Page, whose portfolio includes capturing rock stars, will join the Volcanic Vistas of the Azores and Madeira cruise. Her mission? To document the joy, awe, and camaraderie of travel. “I’m excited to photograph those unguarded moments that reflect the beauty of connection and the wonder of the world,” she says.
