The handover, which took place today, April 19th, in Italy, marked a significant milestone for both Cunard and the esteemed shipbuilders at Fincantieri Marghera shipyard.
With dignitaries and industry leaders in attendance, including Italian Ministers Adolfo Urso and Luca Ciriani, the event radiated with excitement and anticipation. Katie McAlister, President of Cunard, alongside other notable figures, stood witness as Queen Anne, the 249th vessel under the Cunard flag, was officially entrusted to the luxury cruise line.
The event was attended by Italian Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, and Italian Minister for Relations with Parliament, Luca Ciriani.
