Today marks the maiden voyage of Celebrity Cruises®’ acclaimed ship, Celebrity Apex®, from Southampton, heralding the first ship in the revolutionary Edge® Series to make the United Kingdom its home port.

Celebrity Apex commences her European season from Southampton with an eight-night Norwegian Fjords cruise, including calls to Bruges, Belgium—affectionately known as ‘the Venice of the North’—where travellers can wander through canals and picturesque cobblestone streets. The ship will also visit Geiranger, Norway, renowned for the stunning Geirangerfjord, offering breathtaking views of cascading waterfalls and snow-capped mountains, and Kristiansand, Norway, a coastal town dubbed the ‘Summer City’ for its sandy beaches, upscale shopping, and vibrant cultural scene.

The second ship in the groundbreaking Edge Series, Celebrity Apex redefines the cruise experience with an innovative outward-facing design and visionary spaces that set it apart from traditional ships.
